Yes. Import codes from a CSV file with columns: code, name, email, and optional metadata (JSON). You can also let the system auto-register unknown codes on first scan.

Yes. The free plan allows 1 active event with up to 10 tickets. All event types and features are included. No credit card required.
The scanner requires an internet connection to validate against the server. If connection drops briefly, the last result stays visible. When connection restores, scanning resumes automatically.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Servers are in the EU (Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant — attendee lists and email addresses are always under your control. We never sell data to third parties.
Yes. You can invite team members by email. The scanner page link can be shared with any staff member — no separate account needed. For admin tasks (creating events, importing tickets) a team member needs an account.
The scanner immediately shows 'Already used' with the time and who scanned it before. Stops duplicate entries and forged tickets. Multi-scan tickets (e.g. food coupons) can be configured for up to N uses each.
Nopi Events is a validation system, not a ticketing marketplace — we don't hold your customer payments. You manage ticket sales yourself or through a ticketing partner; refunds come from there. Our free test mode is always free; going live is a single one-time payment per event.
No. One flat price per event, based on event size: 30€ up to 300 QR codes, 79€ up to 1,000, 149€ unlimited. No subscriptions.
No. Each person's QR code arrives by email — they show it on their phone screen or on paper. Staff scan with any phone's browser. Nobody installs anything.
Yes. Every event can have a public registration link with your own form fields and branding. You approve registrations manually, or give groups a code that approves them automatically.
Scanning needs a working internet connection — validation happens on the server so duplicates are caught across all scanner phones. At field venues we recommend a phone hotspot or portable router at the scanning point.
